Val d Isere Snow Report 09/02/2016

After a couple of weeks of sunny skies and some wonderful skiing, the conditions have slightly changed here in Val. We are now experiencing cloudy and snowy days with limited visibility, as snow is consistently falling. The main positive from this dip in the weather, is the fresh snow that is now currently falling all over the Espace Killy and the amazing skiing that is to come next week.

Forecast: The past 2 days have been a tad cloudy, but from today onwards we are expecting heavy snow until the end of the week. We have been extremely lucky recently, with some great blue bird days, but sadly we won’t be seeing any of those this week. Around 50 centimetres of snow is predicted for the remainder of the week and there are rumours of a slightly clearer morning on Friday to take advantage of the fresh powder
