Selva – Snow Report, 10 Dec 2010

The Purple Mountains, SelvaIt’s snowing right now and there is 120cm so far at the top of the Danter Cepies lift.

The weather conditions are set to improve this week. We’re currently experiencing our second snow fall in 24 hours and the pistes are looking in great condition.

The runs off the top of the Ciampinoi are in especially good nick and everyone in resort is very excited about the prospect of today’s skiing.

We’re expecting the snow to continue now until the middle of next week when there should be some beautiful blue sky days skiing on fresh snow. Wrap up warm and wax the skis.

The resort is gearing up for the tourist season right now and, especially in S. Cristina just down the road there are going to be some fantastic things to do other than skiing including the Christmas market and the a leg of the FIS World Cup coming to town.
