Les Arcs snow report 18.12.2012

Here is the latest snow report from our team in Les Arcs

The upper pistes of Les Arcs currently have 335cm of snow with 94cm in resort. More snow is forecast today which will please fans of fresh powder and the clearing of the sky for a bluebird day on Wednesday will certainly ensure that the amazing snow conditions can be enjoyed in style.

Les Arcs is alive with happy guests, all enjoying the fantastic snow conditions on offer.  The base on the upper piste depth has now increased to an incredible 335cm, placing Les Arcs in the top 5 resorts for piste depth across the globe.  The powder on the runs off the Arcabulle chair lift, is producing the kind of skiing many people dream of.  In particular, the conditions on the Plagnettes and the Plan des Eaux runs are producing some truly sumptuous skiing.  The snow filled trees lining the runs around the Marmottes chair lift down into Les Arc 1950 are postcard picturesque.

The Vanoise Express is set to open on Saturday which will mean the full Paradaski area is open.  With this much fresh powder to explore, it really is a skier’s winter wonderland.
