Les Arcs Snow Report 12/02/2013

Here is the latest snow report from our team in Les Arcs

There is 280cm of snow at the top of the Les Arcs ski area with 132cm in resort. There is snow forecast for later in the week which should freshen up the pistes a bit.

105 of the 107 ski runs are open in Les Arcs with all 51 ski lifts also open.

Snow conditions in Les Arc at the moment are spectacular, thanks to the huge amount of snowfall over the past two weeks.  This is the perfect news for those who are about to come away for the February half term.  The excellent conditions are not limited to the Les Arcs area but the whole of the Paradaski area.

Particularly enjoyable skiing can be found in the quieter areas of Villaroger, with the Aigulle Rouge providing some challenging terrain or the long and gentle nature of the Lys run providing something for all.

There is a huge amount going on this week in resort from Mardi Gras festivals to St Valentine’s day celebrations with a shower of hearts and husky sledding!

The excellent conditions are set to carry on with clear skies and sun forecast for the rest of the week.  Wax up those skis and get over to Les Arcs!

Wednesday: Highs of -11°C and lows of -13°C clear and sunny
