There is 198cm of snow at the top of the Les Arcs ski area with 106cm in resort. More snow is due in the next few days so things are only going to get better.

73 of the ski runs in Les Arcs with 40 of the 51 ski lifts open.

And now for the thoughts of Alex Oliver, one of our reps in Les Arcs.

The skiing this week has been incredible! With fresh snow to start the week off, followed by glorious sunshine throughout, coupled with the pleasantly mild temperatures, boarders and skiers alike have been astonished by the fantastically groomed pistes and the sumptuously fluffy powder for those who venture into the off-piste lands throughout the resort.

With fresh snow falling throughout the next few days, skiing conditions in Les Arcs are going to be unbelievably good this coming week. With almost 25cm falling on today alone, both fans of on-piste and off-piste skiing will marvel at the wondrous powder on offer.  The charming tree runs of Peisey and Villaroger will be a delight in these circumstances with the new snow and the increased visibility through the trees allowing ideal setting for skiing today.

The sun will be making a re-appearance on Sunday morning to the delight of everyone in the Alps, leaving Les Arcs in the best possible condition! Make sure you are there to make the most of it!
