Here is the latest snow report from our team in Ischgl

There is 160cm of snow at the top of the Ischgl ski area with 50cm in resort. There was 10cm of snow that fell yesterday with more light snow due.

229km of ski runs are open in Ischgl with all 43 ski lifts open also.

A cold and moderately current will determine the weather into tomorrow Saturday. Mostly thick clouds will bring few slight snow showers. Mostly dry conditions are forecast. Saturday will bring a brief period of improved weather conditions. The air will be temporarily dry, a slight south-westerly wind with sunny spells will approach. Bright sunshine is forecast for some hours. Starting next week, the next low-pressure area over Northern Italy will reach us. Strong clouds will approach from the south and result in snowfalls.

Today’s fresh powder means excellent fresh tracks on the slopes. All lifts are currently open so make the most of the mountain today. Make sure you wrap up warm as temperatures have slightly dropped. Why not stop for a hot chocolate on one of Ischgl’s popular bars in the mountain to help warm you up throughout the day.

Why not try tobogganing on the 11th and don’t miss out on Ischgl’s fantastic ski show on the 12th February you will not be disappointed The children during half term will love it. There is also a Jazz band playing in the Silvretta centre on Wednesday 13th. Also don’t forget to run the 40’s which are great if you fancy a bit of duty free shopping. The conditions are great at the moment so don’t miss out.
