Ischgl Snow Report 05/04/2013

Here is the latest snow report from our team in Ischgl

There is 160cm of snow at the top of the Ischgl ski area with 50cm of snow in resort. The last snowfall was on  26th March with around 10cm falling.

There are 230km of pistes open in the Ischgl ski area with 97% ski lifts open.

Variable, though only slightly unsettled weather is forecast for the weekend. April-like weather will approach, which will bring all kind of weather phenomena. A mix of sunshine and clouds will result in a low risk of showers, subsequently the dry conditions will prevail. The current weather models show, that Saturday will probably bring nicer conditions than Sunday, though this is still uncertain. The weather will certainly remain variable and partly unsettled. As the current will begin to turn from west to south-west, rising temperatures are forecast for longer.

Plenty of fresh powder and with the fantastic sunshine and snowfall predicted on Sunday will make next weeks ski conditions amazing.
