Alpe d Huez Snow Report 22/12/2015

Piste conditions improve with altitude. With the snow patchy in places lower down, but there is plenty of good skiing to be had higher up. There are also a few runs containing a comfortable level of moguls for those looking for more of a challenge. The main resort runs are open, including the world famous Sarenne run. In resort today there are beautiful blue bird skies and light wind conditions, making it perfect for paragliding in resort as well as picking up a goggle tan!

Forecast: The forecast for the rest of the week is set to be mostly sunny, with cloud expected on Thursday. Temperatures are due to continue to drop over the coming days to between 3oC and -1oC. No snow is forecast for the foreseeable future. However the Alps are notoriously hard to predict, so with humidity increasing, we are staying optimistic for a white Christmas!
