Verbier Snow Report, 04 Mar 2011

Snow Boarder in VerbierThis week the sun and the snow has been blessing their love on Verbier and its surroundings, creating ideal conditions with both powder and blue skies abound.

There is 110cm’s of snow at just over 2000m, rising up to over a metre and a half in depth at over 3000m’s.

The fresh fall of snow is revitalizing the 4 Vallées area, laying down a fresh layer of powder for skiers and boarders to put their tracks on, both on and off the piste.

The sun will be shining down on the 4 Vallées over the weekend, brightening up all our lives.

This week the Carnival is coming to the Vallées, bringing colour, vibrancy and a party atmosphere all round. If your looking for an authentic taste of Verbier’s skiing culture why not take part in the Philippe Roux Challenge which takes place each Saturday from Savoleyres down to Verbier.
