Val d’Isere Snow Report 23 Mar 2012

Val d'Isère by nightEspace Killy slopes are in great condition with 212cm on the upper slopes and 125 on Val’s home runs.

This week has seen cooler temperatures keeping the recent snowfall remarkably fresh, but the sun has continued to shine making for some great skiing conditions. As ever, the Fornet area boasts some of the best snow in resort, and the quietest pistes as well. It also provides access to some superb off piste, which remains in good condition. Those interested should think about booking a guide for a tour through our partners Evolution 2.

Some more snow this afternoon, then sunny days with temperatures rising.

The Altigliss competition is coming up from 24 – 30 March which is the European student ski competition which will see the best student skiers from all over Europe competing against each other.
