Tignes Snow Report, 24 Mar 2010

Chalet Chamois, TignesThere is 173cm of snow at the top of the Grand Motte and 103cm in resort. A flurry of snow fell on 23rd March and now 100% of the runs and pistes are open.

Not a single cloud will deter one from taking to the glorious pistes this morning. Perfect bright sunshine, deep blue skies, incredibly comfortable temperatures mean that NO ONE has a single excuse for not taking their nearest ski lift and enjoying the Espace Killy area. Runs are freshly groomed from last night and I am waiting in eager anticipation to see the first movement from the Aeroski, before I head out ski hosting, over to Val D’Isere for the day

Another sunny day id forecast tomorrow after today’s immaculate forecast, with a possibility of snow on Thursday, and a heavy top up on Friday and Saturday, which is sure to keep everyone happy!

Last night, the band Döcter Bruce returned to Loop bar for what is always an incredible live set, which fills the bar and really gets a great party going. On Wednesday evening, Carpet Face are also heading over to loop once more, for their sensational beat box and drum and bass set. No doubt, few can wait for this spectacular evening’s entertainment.
