A light covering of new snow is expected to fall over the next three days mostly on Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures will be below freezing ranging between -2°C and -10°C so be sure to wrap up warm with plenty of layers!
The snow is continuing to fall in resort and the runs are full of snow! Any Adrenalin seekers who are looking to explore the expansive off piste area are in for a treat this week due to the amount of fresh snowfall. Even the nursery slopes at the bottom of the mountain are looking excellent and are ideal for any beginners who are still taking a few tumbles, as the soft powder will cushion any fall. All things considered, it is fair to say the slopes are in near perfect condition and the area is just waiting to be explored!
With the snow in such fantastic condition the slopes can keep you entertained for the week. However this is St Anton so there is always something going on! The weekly ski show returns on Wednesday. A great spectacle for friends and family, full of cheese but guaranteed to put a smile on your face. For any adrenalin junkies we also have the Arl-rock centre for rock climbing and there is also the ice wall to conquer. For anyone wanting more of a relaxing experience then the wellness centre is the perfect option to relax and unwind after a hard days skiing on the slopes.
