The snow is forecast for Tuesday night! With the minus temperatures up to -19 at the top of the mountains we are expecting another 10 cm of fresh powder today and 10 cm on Wednesday as well! Down in the resort is going to snow today, Wednesday and a bit on Thursday. All together we are expecting to have about 15 cm of fresh snow. Temperatures will vary between 0 and -11 degrees. Today and tomorrow the sun should bright up the sky for at least an hour.
St Anton snow conditions are perfect at the moment. Because of the great dump of snow last week skiers and snowboarders can benefit from exceptional terrain with thick layer of snow and fresh powder because we are expecting more snow to come! Minus temperatures will ensure that the snow will be kept in ideal conditions for everyone. A bit of the forecast sunshine will make day out on the slope much pleasant and enjoyable.
After the spectacular event of the FIS ladies world cup in St Anton town is resting but not for long! From this Wednesday every week St Anton is going to start “Schneetreiben show that premiere was already on 30th December. The show is organised together with the Ski School Arlberg and will take the audience through the history of skiing in the Arlberg area. The finish of the show takes place in the World Cup Stadium and is a free admission event for everyone with the fireworks at the end.
