Spring Skiing is coming
What is it about Spring Skiing that gets us so excited? Is it the fact that we learnt to ski in our teens during the Easter holidays? Those were the days when we skied from the moment the lifts opened and raced to catch the last lift across the valley homeward bound. Once back at the Chalet, we collapsed on the sofa with a warm cup of tea and piece of delicious chocolate cake made expertly by the Chalet Host.
The spring snow is perfect for practising turns at a slower pace, and even for practising turns over moguls, dreaming that you ski like a pro. When Spring Skiing you can get away with wearing lighter clothes and ski under sparklingly clear skies on blue bird days. What more can you wish for?! feeling the warmth on your skin whilst experiencing the thrill of flying down a snow covered slope? Even better, the late setting sun means you stay on the slopes for longer, making the most of each day to the full.
