Selva – Snow Report, 17 Dec 2010

SelvaSnow is 120cm deep at the top of the Danter Cepies lift, the high point for Selvam and in resort there is 50cm.

The skiing is very fast at the moment and we still have an excellent level of cover all the way down to the resort. Our first week’s guests have been relating tales of their fantastic and epic days up in the mountains and around the Sella Ronda.

We’re set for some more snow today and again over the weekend with the sun coming out again for the change-over day on Sunday and on Monday. That should mean some great views for the incoming guests.

The FIS is in town! Everybody is going downhill crazy and the valley is gearing up for the racing to start tomorrow. It’s great fun at the moment spotting the various nationalities team cars and seeing if we recognise any of the faces.
