After a huge amount a snow towards the end of last week the pistes have been topped up nicely and with the lovely sunny weather we have had over the last couple of days, the skiing has been perfect.
The Grand Duc piste gives some fantastic views of Mont Blanc and is in great condition providing a lovely run for all. Mont Vallon is providing some memorable skiing and the Maduit is in great condition and is also fairly quiet
There will be a dusting of new snow in the next couple of days. Temperatures will be below freezing (max -2°C on Tue afternoon, min -15°C on Tue afternoon) and the wind will be generally light.
Tonight the Vanoise Ice Hockey team face St Gervais-Megève of the Magnus League (Top Division) in a charity match to raise money for the Necker Children’s Hospital and on Thursday the highly popular Celtic Legends Irish Dance show will be performing at the Ice Rink.
