Les Gets Snow Report, 02 March 2010
There are vast amounts of skiing on your door step here in Les Gets, with easy access to Portes du Soleil even the fastest most advanced skiers will not get bored. At the highest point of Portes du Soleil (2400m) there is an amazing 210cm, with 5cm of fresh snow due this morning!
The slopes in Les Gets are getting quieter this week, some guest have been enjoying runs all to themselves…perfect for a race down the mountain! There is still ample of snow to be had and plenty of light snow and sunshine due this week. The conditions at the top of the mountain (2002m) are in particularly good form.
The weather this week is looking promising and there was light snow falling this morning (02/03/10). There is plenty of sunshine due throughout the week, with the light snow this morning giving way to sunshine and cloud. Tomorrow it will be sunny and cloudy, with light snow due in the afternoon. More snow is due on Thursday throughout the day and beautiful clear skis and sunshine all day Friday!
