Les Arcs Snow Report 15/02/2013
Here is the latest snow report from our team in Les Arcs
There is 280cm of snow at the top of the Les Arcs ski area with 130cm in resort. A light dusting of snow is forecast for today with 1cm due to fall.
105 of the 107 runs in Les Arcs are open today with all 51 of the ski lifts open.
After two days of fantastic skiing under clear blue skies in Les Arcs, today is set to provide us with a small top-up of fresh snow before the sun returns for the first half of the coming week. With the big snowfalls from earlier in the week providing a couple of incredible powder days, the piste bashers have since worked their magic to provide near perfect conditions on the well-groomed pistes throughout the resort.
Temperatures throughout this week, combined with a few more snow showers across the next six days, look set to sustain fantastic on-piste conditions to be enjoyed under clear skies for the majority of the coming week.
This weather also provides great conditions to enjoy the Rodeo sledge run all the way from the top of the Arcabulles lift above Les Arcs 2000!
Snow forecast for the next 3 days:
Saturday: Highs of -8°C and lows of -9°C sunny and clear morning, snow showers afternoon
Sunday: Highs of -8°C and lows of -9°C sunny and clear morning, snow showers afternoon
Monday: Highs of -8°C and lows of -10°C snow showers
