Lech has been busy preparing for the FIS Snowboard World Cup. Over the next two days, riders from across the world will be competing on the majestically groomed course which has been meticulously put together. Blue skies and plenty of sunshine together with the recent snowfalls and quiet pistes are making for an excellent day’s skiing.
Blue skies and sunshine are forecast today with clouds building through Wednesday and Thursday. Snow is expected during the course of Thursday with temperatures falling to a pleasant -8°C.
The FIS Snowboard World Cup has arrived in Lech for the next couple of days with large viewing platforms erected in the majority of slope-side bars.
