Ischgl snow report 11.12.2012
The latest snow report from our team in Ischgl.
The snow at the top of the resort is 100cm and down in resort we have 40cm. On Monday there was 10cm of fresh snow.
The snow level is rising day by day and is set to carry on over the next couple of days. The temperature is still dropping but is set to rise by Friday, why don’t you take this opportunity to take the beautiful sleigh ride up into the mountains, a beautiful way to end you day skiing. Come prepared for the mountains and the cold conditions in Ischgl as you are going to need to wrap up warm. The sun is going to be breaking through the blanket of soft clouds so make sure you make the most of the mountains.
The wintry chilly temperatures are yet to carry on this week. We have had a great dump of snow over the past 2 days so the ski conditions are fantastic. The sun is going to start to break through the blanket of clouds making your day on the mountains even more enjoyable. Again our favourite runs are the ‘40’s’ which all have the best snow conditions this time of year and is near to our famous duty free run. Both the home runs are fully functional essential when you want to go to the après ski.
On the 13th December Ischgl are going to be getting into the Christmas spirit with a musical get together in the main village. Don’t miss out, it begins at 15:00. Austria send their audience into ecstasy every night. Ischgl is renowned for their Après ski. Whether that is in a ski lodge, or later to a night club. Alternatively you could send and afternoon shopping at our very popular duty free.
