How Chalet staff are hired

Have you ever wondered how we hire the staff that serve the 1000’s of meals to our guests during the season?

In collaboration with our sister company Esprit Ski and our new cousin Inghams, we have devised a new way of interviewing our potential chalet staff. The move to our new offices allowed us to build a kitchen in the style of master chef so that we could put candidates through their paces with a series of cooking challenges. This has helped us discover the people that can cook and those that claim they can cook.
