Chalet Breche

Chalet Breche bathed in early morning sunlight in Alpe d’Huez whilst the catering team prepare for another hard day in the kitchen testing a further selection of dishes for this winters chalet and chalet hotel menus.

First on today’s plan are Crispy Aubergine & Tomato Stack, Carrot Cake, Goats Cheese & Red Onion Crostini – and all before 10am!
