There are 210cm of snow at the top and 140cm on resort. 86% of runs are open and 33/33 lifts.

The ski conditions at the moment are good with over 2 meters at the top of resort. The piste bashers are doing a very good job of levelling out the snow to make the pistes as enjoyable to ski as they have been all season. The snow conditions in the morning are still very favourable and there are plenty of après activities to keep everyone entertained when the sun takes its toll.

The snow forecast for today and the next three days is sunshine with a little cloud all of today and tomorrow followed by cloud on Thursday and 7cm of snowfall on Friday.

The wind speeds for today are very low at around 5km/h it then gradually increases over the next 3 days reaching a peak of 30km/h Friday morning.

Temperatures are still very high with temps between 1-5°C today increasing to 6°C tomorrow then coming down slightly Thursday with the temperature hopefully dropping as low as -5°C on Friday.

This week in resort there is a ski rally around the Avoriaz ski area, It  is also the much anticipated Avoriaz Jazz up week with 8 different jazz bands/ performers taking up residencies in 8  different local bars for the week, a perfect set up for any fan of jazz or for any who may be interested.
