Alpe d Huez Snow Report 23/02/2016
We have had heavy snow all day giving us lots of fresh powder on and off piste to enjoy. Wind conditions have been light meaning that the vast majority of lifts have been open, including the lift to the top of Pic Blanc. Temperatures have been between -5 and -10 degrees Celsius as the freezing level has dropped back down since the weekend. Despite the snow, visibility on the mountain has been good as the cloud level has been high.
Forecast: The forecast for the rest of the week is a mixture of sunny intervals and snow flurries. With us expecting another foot of snow up until Sunday. Temperatures are set to continue to be stable around -10 and winds are going to stay light. So we are looking forward to the breaks in the cloud to get stuck into the all fresh powder in perfect conditions.
